Chelsea Frimpong x Boss Up Podcast

Boss Up was my limited run podcast, a collaboration among three Black millennial women. Our goal was to create and hold a space to share our unfiltered authentic experiences as first time bosses, and to foster mentorship and support for ourselves and our listeners. Our episodes entailed candid conversations about curated topics—the kinds of things you can’t find in a Google search. Topics included the lack of Black female bosses in the workplace, the nuances of shifting from specialist to manager, being a Black superwomen in corporate America, power dynamics when managing someone of a different race, introversion in the workplace, and tone policing of Black women.
